PARTS: Pairwise Alignment of RNA Tertiary Structures
PARTS is a tool for aligning two RNA tertiary structures, including
global alignment for comparing whole structural similarity,
semiglobal alignment for detecting structural motifs,
local alignment for finding similar common substructures, and
normalized local alignments for finding more similar common
substructures by eliminating the mosaic effect of local alignment.
